Today I am thankful for diet coke. plain. and. simple.Yep, I'm an addict. There. I said it. I don't have many vices. You gotta please let me have this one.
You see, my local grocer has a sodie fountain right there in the deli. I park in their parking lot for work and every morning I stop in for a cold one. (yes, I drink diet coke before 10am. don't judge.) However this week they've let me down. Monday morning (and tuesday. and wednesday.) there was a big "out of order" sign on the diet coke. What the what? You can't just be out of diet coke? Life is already hard enough. Geez.
Well today, finally, everything was right with the world again and I've never been more thankful.

Oh my... a girl after my own heart!! In Dominica (as pathetic as this sounds) that is one of the things I missed most! It really is SO great, and the perfect cure to a hard day... or any day:)
is that pellet ice? Why you gotta rub it in? Don't you know that's wrong to do to a recovering addict!

I am right there with you! I am VERY thankful for DC! It makes me very happy and for that my students are thankful ... so see it is a very good thing all around. Bless the Diet Coke machine!
L-O-V-E it! I love all of things you're thankful for because a lot are the same as me (only not CJ in particular!!!) but this post is my FAVORITE! :)
