This is my ridiculously cute and fun nephew who is the newest Eagle Scout in our family. He is the best kid and I am so proud of him.
My Dad, an Eagle Scout himself, gave Cayden the Scout oath and presented the award. It was a beautiful sight with the flag blowing and the mountains in the background.

I love this picture. CJ has been looking forward to this night ever since Cayden invited him to sit in his "Eagle's Nest". He loves any opportunity to gloat. He hadn't been to a Court of Honor since his own many years ago, until about a year ago when my nephew Logan had his. It was CJ's first time getting to sit in the Eagle's Nest and he really loved it. :) You can see CJ in the background with a huge smile on his face. It definately got bigger once Cayden joined the ranks.

Less than 2 months after becoming the bionic (okay, titanium) man, he's back to being as handsome as ever.

I don't know why, but CJ makes me laugh so hard. Just the grin on his face in that picture makes me giggle. Is it because he knows you are taking his picture? He is such a total riot.

Sitting in any nest is quite enjoyable and even more special when it is the nation's bird--the eagle!
